This was the official site for a historic street parade that was staged annually in Milwaukee for almost 20 years. The parade featured a cast of over 1,500 costumed performers, 700 animals, and dozens of ornate 19th-century circus wagons. Unfortunately, changing times and funding challenges led to the cancellation of the parade after the 2003 event.
