A picture-perfect Saturday in July took me, my partner and a friend to savor a fabulous display of artistic creativity covering four blocks of East Silver Spring Drive in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin.
The Art Fest website described it well:
Returning for its third year on the closed streets of beautiful downtown Whitefish Bay, the Whitefish Bay Art Fest takes place on July 9 and 10. Hosted by The Merchants of Whitefish Bay, the fest features 100 juried artists, showcasing and selling original art in a variety of mediums and at all price points including paintings, ceramics, fiber, glass, jewelry, sculpture, photography and more! While strolling the festival, guests will find a multitude of independent restaurants, cafes, and boutiques.
Of course, an event like this provided great photo ops for this veteran shutterbug. Below are the images which found their way into my camera’s viewfinder.

Winkie’s
Since I’d never been there before, my partner introduced me to Winkie’s, a venerable gift and toy store in Whitefish Bay. Of course, there were photo ops there too!
Hey, great pictures, Phil!
